These terms cover purchases from Seventy Limited through this website. Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act protections apply and nothing here limits them.
A plan set purchase includes working drawings, schedules, and the consent-exemption paperwork, adapted to the address you give us and signed by a licensed designer, normally within 5 working days after the design is released and your property details are confirmed. Each set includes a licence to build one home at the nominated property in New Zealand. Copying or reusing the set for further builds is not licensed.
We check your address before we adapt anything. If a Seventy home cannot be built on your section under the consent exemption, we refund the full plan-set price. If you change your mind before adaptation work begins, we also refund in full. After a signed, site-adapted set is delivered, refunds are at our discretion because the work has been completed for your property.
Seventy sells plan sets and does not build. Build figures on this site ("from" figures and calculator ranges) are indicative of what a licensed builder in New Zealand typically charges and are not quotes. Your builder's written quote is between you and your builder. Weeks-on-site figures are typical ranges, not guarantees; weather and ground conditions can change the timeframe.
Rent, yield and cost figures on this site are estimates for planning purposes. Check them against current quotes and local market information for your own property. Calculator outputs are estimates. Photography includes staged and AI-assisted imagery of our designs; technical drawings are the specification source. Design illustrations are not photographs of completed customer projects.
