Architectural plans for your property

Choose a design, order your plan set and provide your property details. We adapt and sign the plans, usually within five working days once the design is released. Your chosen builder can then quote for construction.

Provide your address

PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

We review the property information needed to adapt your plans, including title, zoning, wind and flood information. If your section cannot take the design, the plan set is refunded in full.

Receive your signed plans

USUALLY 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER RELEASE

We adapt the bracing, cladding and foundation details to the requirements of your property. An NZRAB Registered Architect signs the plans. Delivery is usually within five working days once the design is released.

Appoint a licensed builder

LICENCE TO BUILD ONE HOME

You receive the plans and exemption paperwork by email. Appoint a licensed building practitioner (LBP) to price and carry out the work. Your plan set includes a licence for one build at the agreed address in New Zealand.

PLAN-SET REFUND

If your section cannot take the design, we refund the plan set in full.

Suitability is reviewed as part of your plan order. If your section cannot take the design, the plan set is refunded in full.
