Seventy Limited ("Seventy", "we") collects personal information you give us through this website: your name, phone number, email address, and the property address you provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare the plans you order and deliver our services, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Estimate and calculator emails: to send you the numbers you asked for. Booking details: to arrange your appointment and to confirm by phone, text or email. Order details and site addresses: to adapt, sign and deliver your plan set. Provider opt-ins: your details go only to the trades you select, one introduction per trade, and nothing else.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone except the professionals needed to deliver your plans or the services you request (and the trades you explicitly opt in to). Marketing email is opt-in and you can unsubscribe by replying to the email.
We use standard analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to use the site.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: email hello@seventy.co.nz or call 027 367 3544. We keep enquiry data for two years and order records for seven (tax law), then delete them.
